FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
September 14, 2011

Rantoul, IL – This year, Taylor Studios entered two projects in Graphic Design USA’s annual American Graphic Design Awards competition. The projects were the graphics for a design-build exhibit project at Killens Pond Nature Center and the 2010 invitation to their annual company party, Freek in the Creek. It was announced this week that both projects won. Killens Pond won Best Environment and the invitation won Best Brochure/Invitation.

When asked about the latest awards, senior graphic designer, Phil El Rassi said, “Having one of our exhibits selected for an American Graphic Design Award is a great honor for us. We are very proud to have provided another client with an award winning exhibit.” This year’s competition received 8,000+ entries. Only 15% of those entries were recognized with awards. The American Graphic Design Awards have been presented to the design community for almost five decades.
