Residential Theming Concept Three:
Child’s Carnival Bedroom

The sights, sounds, and feelings a carnival atmosphere evokes are replicated in this child’s bedroom. A funnel cake stand can double as storage for clothes or toys, the shelves for stuffed animals create the look of carnival prizes, and the entire room appears to be a merry-go-round. In this example the bed is the focal point of the room but that does not have to be the case. The room could be designed so that is is not a bedroom at all, but a play room. The same concept could also be transferred to a home theater or game room.
